Are you getting enough protein? Like everyone else, I’m following the “more protein” trend by adding more to my meals, starting with breakfast. I’ve always been a cottage cheese fan (thank you Grandma!) so it’s easy to add to my avo toast topped with perfectly peeled hard-boiled eggs.
